Discussion for Season 5, Episode 23.

HOLY CRAP that was a really, really intense episode. At the insulin part, even though I knew that he wasn't going to die, I still started to tear up. jsdhj He's my favorite character, so anything happening to him is like... major.

AHHH WILSON! ♥ He was such a good friend (as he always is) in this episode! I loved how he was like.... always with House, even though Foreman kind of made fun of it. Was it just me, or did Wilson look kinda teary-eyed when he was over with House when House was getting his shirts? ;~; Man, Amber... way to torment the poor M.D.... AND STAB YOUR ARM. I thought that was pretty messed up.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST House/Cuddy! I usually say that I don't like this pairing, but I actually... do. A lot. It's my secret love. ♥ She, like Wilson, was a very good "friend" in this episode! I thought that it was sweet that she stayed with him overnight.

First off, welcome to the community! :)

Second... oh man, I didn't even think about that. I really hope he did brush his teeth.

I KNOW, man! I was like… what is this. So much House/Wilson in one episode—have I stumbled upon the jackpot? and then BAM House/Cuddy. My mom said that she could only picture Cuddy being there with him while he detoxed, though. Eh, either one of them could have sat it out, I think. I would have been pretty fangirlish if it was Wilson, but Cuddy being there satisfied my inner House/Cuddy fangirl, so what can I say.

Yeah, the singing gave me goosebumps I was so freaked out. Especially when she giggled. I really thought I was going to have nightmares because I get freaked out REALLY easily.

I didn't even really get the Cameron storyline... maybe that's because whenever they switched back to her and Chase, I kinda faded out. I was really only watching the show for all of the action surrounding House.

HAHA my mom was just talking about Chase's "inner brilliance" and I just... stared at her. Leave the major stuff to Foreman, baby boy. Keep looking cute, though!

I totally have a tinhat theory on why it was Cuddy not Wilson during the detoxing: Wilson couldn't handle watching House go through that.

Plus, something about House/Cuddy makes me think all sorts of squee harshing thoughts about feminism and sexism and such, and that never ends well.
